Vintage Fireplace Tool Set - 3 piece

Our vintage 3- piece fireplace tool set. Handmade, forged twisted railroad spike set comes with a poker, a shovel and a broom. It is patina'd to take on a vintage look, but dont be fooled, the materials underneath this look are brand new. We aged these with our Trusty-Rusty solution which simply accelerates the rust and then we coat then with a seal which stops the progression rust - don't tell Neil Young. And, since they are not going to be sitting outside, (well I guess they could) there is no worry of long term deterioration. This is a hardy set. Made from reclaimed railroad spikes and carbon steel 5/8" x 3/8" steel flat bar there is no need to worry about durability or strength. The shovel is made from 16 gauge carbon steel as well and is plenty strong to handle a fireplace or fire pit cleanup. This set is loose, it does not come with a stand, so you will need to figure that out... we will have a stand available in a week or so, but many folks don't need storage for these, ergo the loose set is available - now.

Added note - the broom is made to be softer, based on the length of the bristel, but can be stiffened by carefully trimming length off of it. The shorter you go the stiffer it gets. In all candor, it doesn't need trimming but some people do.
