The Beast...this fireplace grate is made of 32+ real world railroad spikes. This Beast 50” across and taper towards the back usually 2" or so narrower than the front. They sit 4" off the fireplace floor. Plenty of room for shoveling ash out and ample room to build a nice hot ember base.
*** Grates do not last forever.... fire and heat deteriorate pretty much everything.

Absolutely beautiful couldn’t be more perfect. It was a pleasure working with them to create a custom grate for our outdoor fireplace.
